RTI is designed as a local-first strength training app. This page explains what the website launch list stores, what the app may store, and how to contact support.

RTI may store profile details, workout logs, training history, settings, local scores, progression data, equipment preferences, physique photos, and training information on your device.
Website launch-list signups store your email address in RTI's MySQL launch list so RTI can send launch updates and app store links.
Servers
Most training data is designed to work locally. Server features may receive limited payloads for verified scoring, receipts, feedback, diagnostics, support, social stats, leaderboard data, challenge progress, or launch-list email handling.
RTI does not sell personal training data to advertisers.
Access
RTI is planned across Free, Coach, Performance, and Elite access levels. Different app features may be enabled or limited depending on the active entitlement.
Subscription and billing terms will be shown clearly in the app and store listing before purchase.
If you join the launch list, RTI stores your email address and sends a confirmation email. Each confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link.
Unsubscribes update the same launch-list table by changing your email status to unsubscribed.
Deletion
To request removal from the website launch list, email support@rtiapp.co.uk from the address you want removed.
For app data stored on your device, deleting the app or using app controls may remove local data, depending on the final app release settings.
Health
If you connect Apple Health, Samsung Health, or Android Health Connect support, RTI may read approved health signals for readiness and planning features and may support workout write-back where permissions allow it.
Health permissions remain controlled by the device and connected platform.
Legal
RTI is a training and workout logging application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, injury assessment, or emergency guidance.
You remain responsible for safe training choices and should seek professional advice when needed.
Use
You may not tamper with, falsify, spoof, reverse-engineer, or abuse RTI verification, scoring, receipt, or community systems.
Verified scores and community eligibility may depend on additional integrity checks.
Social
RTI may offer friends, leaderboards, and challenges. Where these features are available, users can control which metrics are shared and what remains private.
Comparison features may depend on trusted logs, verified scores, and additional privacy settings.
